QuickQR collects minimal data to provide our services. This includes your email address for account management and any documents or links you voluntarily upload to generate QR codes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Storage & Security

Your files are stored securely using Google Cloud Firebase Storage, and your account data is managed via Firestore. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Transparency Note: As a platform administrator, our technical team has high-level access to the database and storage console for maintenance, troubleshooting, and legal compliance. We strictly monitor internal access and only use it when necessary to support the platform or as required by law.

Analytics & Tracking

We track basic "view counts" for each QR code to provide analytics to the creator. This data is used solely for your dashboard and is not used to identify individual scanners.
